Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will focus on managing customer accounts, ensuring timely collections, and resolving billing inquiries.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in handling financial transactions and resolving billing discrepancies.
Experience with financial systems and shared mailboxes is a plus.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist's responsibilities will be:

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through phone and email communication.
Monitor customer accounts for overdue balances and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to resolve collection matters and billing disputes promptly.
Troubleshoot and respond to inquiries received through financial operations shared mailboxes.
Accurately apply and deposit checks and wire payments to the appropriate open receivable accounts.
