Facilities Technician/Metrologist - Contract - Cranbury, NJ
杨贵妃传媒网ygfcmw·(中国)站入口直接进 is seeking a Metrology/Facilities Specialist to support essential tasks in preventative maintenance, calibration, and qualification of instruments.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role focuses on ensuring compliance with cGMP standards within the manufacturing and facility operations. You will assist with instrument maintenance, manage external contractors, and contribute to investigations of anomalous results.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with GMP regulations and metrology in FDA-regulated environments.
- Knowledge of compendial guidance, EU regulations, ISO, and NIST Standards.
The Facilities Technician/Metrologist's responsibilities will be:
- Perform calibration and maintenance of laboratory and manufacturing equipment.
- Manage the Environmental Monitoring System (EMS).
- Create and revise system-level and calibration SOPs.
- Maintain equipment files for regulatory compliance.
- Troubleshoot instrumentation and serve as the metrology SME.
- Document compliance with cGMP standards and SOPs.
- Investigate out-of-tolerance calibration results and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Provide technical support for manufacturing, lab, and validation personnel.
- Coordinate outside services for calibration and maintenance.
- Monitor and maintain accuracy of the calibration database.
- Assist with gas deliveries and facility rounds.
- Perform light plumbing and inspect safety stations.
- Support onboarding and setup of equipment.
- Assist with company event activities.
