杨贵妃传媒网ygfcmw·(中国)站入口直接进 is seeking a Payroll Compensation Analyst for a contract role based in Boston, MA. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting compensation analysis, market pricing, and governance activities. You will collaborate with HR teams to ensure alignment with pay structures, compliance standards, and organizational policies.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Background in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in compensation or Total Rewards, with knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation, and pay structures.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret and explain data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools, as well as experience with HR systems like Workday.
  • Attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with incentive plan administration (STI/LTI) and experience in regulated or complex environments, such as life sciences, is preferred.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation or progress towards this certification is a plus.

The Payroll Compensation Analyst's responsibilities will be:

  • Conduct job evaluations, benchmark roles using salary surveys, and analyze internal pay data.
  • Prepare salary range and pay recommendations, ensuring consistency with compensation philosophy and guidelines.
  • Review and advise on offers, promotions, and adjustments in collaboration with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Talent Acquisition.
  • Identify and escalate potential equity or compliance risks.
  • Support annual merit and incentive cycles by preparing and validating data, testing system configurations, and reviewing submissions for adherence to guidelines.
  • Evaluate job descriptions and role changes, applying company leveling guidelines and global job architecture standards.
  • Maintain an updated job description library aligned with governance standards.
  • Develop and maintain compensation reports and dashboards, analyzing trends related to pay positioning and market competitiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with pay transparency regulations by preparing pay range data and validating disclosures.
  • Assist with audit readiness, documentation, and data integrity within HR systems.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.
