Lead the planning and execution that powers breakthrough Companion Diagnostics from concept to care.

��ý��ygfcmw��(�й�)վ��ֱ�ӽ� is seeking a Project Manager to support Companion Diagnostics (CDx) product development and care activities. This position requires a proactive approach to integrated planning and quality implementation across all project phases.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will oversee project structures, manage communication, timelines, resources, budgets, and risks to ensure efficient and effective project execution.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong expertise in project management processes and tools.
Ability to create and maintain detailed project plans with clear dependencies and resource allocation.
Proficiency in risk management, critical path analysis, and scenario planning.
Experience in managing budgets and ensuring cost control.
Excellent communication and organizational skills to guide cross-functional teams effectively.
Familiarity with milestone review processes and continuous quality improvement practices.

The Project Manager's responsibilities will be:

Develop, coordinate, and maintain integrated project plans, including dependencies, resources, and budgets.
Manage project risk, critical path analysis, scenario creation, and budget planning.
Drive project execution by overseeing milestone reviews, capacity reviews, and other key processes.
Lead improvement initiatives and foster continuous improvement within project teams.
Ensure adherence to best practices and share knowledge to enhance team efficiency.
