As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of their mission, driving sales in cardiac operating and related departments within hospitals:
- You'll train and support surgeons and their staff, provide O.R. support, and follow-up patient care.
- Your role will involve strategic planning with the Product Development team, relationship management, and teamwork.

What will you be doing?
- You'll develop and execute a strategic sales plan, identify new customers, increase penetration within existing accounts, and work closely with the Area Director to achieve corporate sales goals.
- You'll collaborate with marketing, attend industry trade shows, manage your territory, and track customer activity.
- You'll understand and satisfy requirements for hospital access and be comfortable working in the OR environment.
A little about yourself:
- You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Specific knowledge and selling experience related to cardiac surgical systems
- A successful track record with sales quota achievement
- Strong clinical and technical aptitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and you're confident, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
- You're fluent in English and Dutch and able to travel 80% depending on territory size, location, and maturity.
