You will collaborate with key stakeholders across public, private, and strategic healthcare sectors to achieve business objectives while ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth, profitability, and market share in alignment with business goals.
  • Manage and train on a diverse product portfolio tailored to various customer needs.
  • Build and develop a high-performing sales team, including succession planning for key roles.
  • Define and execute regional sales strategies in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with hospital executives to present value propositions.
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market presence.
  • Address customer needs proactively and resolve issues effectively.
  • Prepare and manage sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Engage with public and commercial payer stakeholders and Key Opinion Leaders to support market access initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Market Access, Finance, and Customer Service.
  • Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
  • Participate in recruitment and interview processes to support team expansion.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management within the in-vitro diagnostics sector.
  • Demonstrated success in driving profitable growth and securing contracts.
  • Ability to lead change initiatives in customer-focused environments.
  • Innovative mindset with a willingness to challenge conventional practices.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a matrix organization.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced and dynamic environments.
  • Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English.
