Primary Responsibilities:

This position will be required to support Principal Investigators and study participants and involves managing day-to-day study operations, training departmental staff, and interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or related field.
• 3 years of relevant experience within complex clinical trials.
• Oncology experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GCP and federal regulations.
• SOCRA or ACRP certification.
• SOCRA or ACRP and IATA certification required.

The Research Project Manager's responsibilities will be:

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all new and existing departmental employees.
• Coordinating research projects within guides of regulatory compliance and/or Code of Federal Regulation.
• Provide technical support to Principal Investigators.
• Interact with both internal and external customers at all levels
• Oversee recruitment and coordinate day-to-day operations of the study.
• Direct contact with potential and enrolled study participants expected, also provide other support as required.
• May be required to work on multiple studies at any given time.
