You will play a key role in expanding market presence, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to a more sustainable food system.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute sales activities at both operational and tactical levels.
• Manage a specific market or region to drive customer acquisition and growth.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key customers to ensure long-term success.
• Analyze sales data to provide actionable insights and advise on strategy and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of solutions.
• Enhance sales processes and models to drive commercial excellence.
• Mentor and support junior sales team members.
• Represent the organization in customer meetings and industry events.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proven ability to manage strategic customer accounts and close deals.
• Strong commercial acumen with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in a commercial B2B environment, preferably in food, feed, or ingredients.
• Educational background in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Structured and analytical thinker with strong project and time management skills.
• Adaptable, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently while influencing stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel internationally to meet customer needs.
• Passion for sustainability and familiarity with the agrifood sector.
