��ý��ygfcmw��(�й�)վ��ֱ�ӽ� is seeking a Warehouse Team Coordinator to join a dynamic team in Tullamarine. In this role, you will oversee and manage the daily activities of a small team, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with safety standards, and timely order processing. This is an on-site position with standard weekday hours, offering an opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of a small team (2 members).
Ensure orders are processed promptly and accurately.
Conduct toolbox meetings to align the team on goals and updates.
Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
Follow established procedures and ensure adherence to company policies.
Drive short distances as required for operational needs.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Experience in a similar role within logistics or warehouse operations.
Proficiency in SAP systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Previous leadership or team coordination experience.
Ability to follow and enforce procedures effectively.
Relevant industry qualifications in supply chain or logistics (ideal but not mandatory).
