Pamela joined Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½Íøygfcmw¡¤(Öйú)Õ¾Èë¿ÚÖ±½Ó½ø Staffing in October 2022. She is a specialist Life Sciences recruitment consultant focused on Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Validation, Engineering, and Technical Operations. Pamela has supported a diverse client base including biotech start-ups, global pharmaceutical manufacturers, CDMOs, medical device companies, clinical-stage organisations, and advanced therapy manufacturers. She partners with clients across Australia and APAC, delivering both permanent and contingent recruitment solutions within highly regulated environments such as GMP, GDP, ISO 13485, TGA, FDA, PIC/S, and broader GxP settings.

Pamela holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from UNSW, providing a strong foundation in microbiology, quality systems, laboratory practices, and regulated manufacturing environments. Prior to joining Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½Íøygfcmw¡¤(Öйú)Õ¾Èë¿ÚÖ±½Ó½ø, she gained experience in scientific and technical recruitment at Techstaff, now part of Bayside Group. She also brings valuable industry experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, giving her practical exposure to compliance, documentation, laboratory processes, and manufacturing operations.

Pamela’s first language is English, and she also has elementary proficiency in Lao. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and following basketball, and is a fan of the LA Lakers.

She brings a practical, technical understanding of regulated life sciences environments, underpinned by both her recruitment experience and hands-on QA/QC industry background. Pamela adds value as a true recruitment partner, supporting clients with refining role briefs, benchmarking market expectations, and developing targeted search strategies.
