James joined Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½Íøygfcmw¡¤(Öйú)Õ¾Èë¿ÚÖ±½Ó½ø in December 2023. He specialises in recruiting Medical Affairs and Commercial professionals across the APAC region, connecting life sciences organisations with top-tier talent for both permanent and contract roles. His expertise spans roles such as Medical Science Liaisons, Medical Advisors, and a variety of commercial positions within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, supporting clients in building high-performing, market-leading teams.

Prior to joining Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½Íøygfcmw¡¤(Öйú)Õ¾Èë¿ÚÖ±½Ó½ø, James served in the Royal Marines from 2012 to 2016, where he developed strong leadership and strategic communication skills. He then built a successful career in life sciences recruitment at Hays, spending over seven years as a Senior Business Manager and Principal Consultant specialising in Life Sciences. During this time, he was recognised as the Top Permanent Biller in the UK and Northern Ireland, demonstrating a strong track record in delivering complex recruitment solutions across the pharmaceutical industry.

He is passionate about connecting exceptional talent with leading life sciences organisations and takes pride in building meaningful, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. He is also an active participant in the Medical Affairs community across APAC, engaging with professional groups such as the Medical Affairs Professionals of Australasia (MAPA).
